Mission Statement:
The Bendigo Volunteer Resource facilitates sustainable voluntary activities in the Bendigo region through promotion, support and encouragement of the community’s volunteer aspirations. We value collaborative partnerships and recognise the diverse nature of our community. The Bendigo Volunteer Resource Centre acknowledges that the volunteer roles are of value to our community and advance the efficient delivery of vital, quality service to the community.

Description:
The Bendigo Volunteer Resource Centre is a community based not for profit organisation which currently operates under the auspice of the Bendigo Regional YMCA. Youth Services Inc. The centre is open on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursday. 10am - 3pm The Bendigo Volunteer Resource Centre aims to expand and extend Volunteer activities in the Bendigo Region, through promoting, supporting and assisting the voluntary involvement of residents in community programs delivered through the not- for- profit sector. The BVRC will endeavour to provide acurate information on volunteer options to people seeking volunteer work. The BVRC will assist people seeking volunteer work to make informed & appropriate choices & assist with refferals to approved community based organisations on behalf of people seeking volunteer work.
