People with overseas qualifications often face obstacles when looking for work in their profession here in Australia, particularly when English is their second language, they have no local work experience and no networks. They need to become familiar with the workings of the labour market and learn about local workplace culture and practice.

We are seeking employers who are in a position to provide opportunities to skilled staff to gain local workplace experience in their specialist field.
